1. Initial use evaluation configuration
1.1 Open the application module of allvalue
Find the evaluation app and click enter
1.2 Enter the evaluation introduction page
Enter the evaluation introduction page and click [use now]
1.3 Set up evaluation system
Enter the settings page, the system will open the evaluation by default, and set the star number of automatic display evaluation
1.4 Set up email notification
After setting the email notification, if the user evaluates the product, the email notification will be received. Please fill in the email correctly
1.5 Set the invitation email
Choose when and when to send your email
1.6 Open the reminder and fill in the evaluation email
If the customer has not filled in the evaluation within 7 days after receiving the email, an email will be sent to remind the customer of the evaluation
1.7 Save settings
Click Save to save the current evaluation settings
2. Evaluation operation
2.1 Basic operation
The operation of consumer evaluation includes opening evaluation, closing evaluation, selectively displaying consumer evaluation, replying to consumer evaluation, and deleting bad evaluation
2.2 Lead in evaluation
The introduction of evaluation from the commodity dimension includes the star level, content and consumers of evaluation
2.3 Top
From the top of the commodity dimension, we want to give priority to the evaluation of consumers
