Set up order shipping in your allvalue store. Follow these steps and choose the delivery settings that best suit your business.
Step 1: select the order to ship
Step 2: select the goods to be delivered
Step 3: input tracking information
Step 4: inform the customer of the delivery
Step 5: confirm delivery
Step 1: select the order to ship
In the allvalue background, go to order > order.
Click the order number of the order to ship
On the order details page, click "mark as shipped"
Step 2: select the goods to be delivered
In the goods section of the delivery edit page, select the goods to be delivered.
In the goods to be delivered, enter the quantity of goods to be delivered.
If the delivery quantity of goods is 0 or less than that of the order, it means that some goods are delivered
Note: the quantity delivered should be less than or equal to the quantity of the order
Step 3: input tracking information
Fill in the waybill number in the tracking information section of the delivery editing page.
Select the carrier and select the carrier from the drop-down options. If there is no carrier you choose, you can select the last "other" option.
If the carrier chooses other, an additional input box will be "tracking URL". You can fill in the link to track the waybill number.
Step 4: inform the customer of the delivery
Optional. In the section of notifying the customer of the delivery situation, check to send the delivery information to the customer immediately
After checking, after clicking confirm delivery, your customer will receive a notification email sent by the system that the order has been delivered.
Note: when it is suggested to deliver goods, choosing this option will help to improve customers' trust in the store / brand
Step 5: confirm delivery
In the summary section, after confirming that the delivery information is correct, click "confirm delivery".
