Updated over a week ago

In order to facilitate merchants to synchronize Shopify products, AllValue provides Shopify product synchronization function, greatly reducing the time to upload products.

Synchronize Shopify products in just three steps:

  • First, activate Shopify account: How to get Shopify store information?

  • Two, configure synchronization rules: 1, Shopify products one-way real-time synchronization to AllValue 2, inventory support to select one-way synchronization/two-way synchronization

  • Three, view synchronization records: understand synchronization details, view synchronization information before and after comparison

1. Open the Shopify product synchronization app.

Open the AllValue store backend, enter the "Shopify Product Sync" application, and click Authorize to use it.

Path 1: "Apps" > "Shopify Product Sync"

Path 2: "Product" > "Product Import" > "Import Shopify Products" > "Shopify Product Sync"

2. Enable product synchronization

  • Admin API access token: Shopify's API access token (Admin API access token) key corresponds to the Admin API access token in the AllValue background

Set synchronization rules:

Select the synchronization range of product information: Shopify products are synchronized to AllValue in real-time in one direction.

Check the product information synchronization range: Shopify information will always overwrite AllValue product information. Unchecked information will no longer be synchronized to AllValue.

Explanation of Product Information Synchronization Rules:

  1. Price: Synchronous price, non-synchronous price unit

  2. Product pictures:Only product images are synchronized, videos are not synchronized.

  3. Tax: Synchronize whether it is taxed

  4. Multi-specification: The status of the product being on and off the shelves. The products archived by Shopify are displayed as off the shelves in AllValue.

  5. Weight: Synchronize weight values and units

  6. Category: Sync Shopify's "Product Type" to AllValue's category

  7. Product group: Synchronize manual grouping, not synchronize system grouping.

  8. Tag: The "importFromShopify" tag will be automatically created to easily identify the source of product creation.

②Inventory selection "bidirectional synchronization" or "asynchronous":

  • Two-way synchronization of product inventory: AllValue and Shopify product inventory will be synchronized and updated at both ends. (Please note: Only one inventory synchronization location can be selected, and it cannot be changed midway after selection. If you need to modify it, please unbind it and bind it again)

  • Unsynchronized product inventory: AllValue and Shopify product inventory will not be synchronized with each other

  • Inventory location: only support selecting 1 location for inventory synchronization

③History synchronization products:

Click "Done" to start full product synchronization.

Do not perform any other operations during this period, and the modified content during the same period will not be synchronized

3.Complete product synchronization and view product synchronization records

  • Synchronization record description:

  • View synchronization details:

Other instructions:

  • Delete product: If Shopify deletes a product, it will be removed from AllValue and will not be deleted (if you need to delete it completely, please delete it manually in AllValue).

  • Product inventory: Inventory changes such as manual modifications and selling scenarios will trigger inventory synchronization (when inventory is low, multi-platform synchronization data is affected by multiple locations and overselling may occur, so please make reasonable arrangements).

  • Product type: If transportation is required in Shopify products, it is a physical product in AllValue. Otherwise, if transportation is not required, it is a virtual product in AllValue. Physical products require logistics, while virtual products do not.

Note: Product data synchronization is affected by network and various factors, and there may be delays in synchronization. Please pay attention in time.
