1、Order View
You can view the orders from the Xiaohongshu Mini-Program store in two ways
1.1 In the order management of Xiaohongshu app, all the orders you can view here are from Xiaohongshu Mini-Program store。
Path: "Apps" > "Xiaohongshu" > "Manage orders
1.2.Check in the order list, where the orders are from all channels, including your web-based store, WeChat Mini-Program store and Xiaohongshu Mini-Program store, and several other ways.
Path: 「Orders」 > 「Order 」
2、Order Processing
You can do the following for individual orders:
Confirm order receipt status
Operate to refund or cancel the order
Print packing list
Shipping, adding logistics information or canceling shipments, etc.
Edit the recipient's address
Manage labels, add notes, etc. to orders
3、Order Mark Completion
Only after the completion of the marking, you can settle and withdraw the revenue from the orders.
Attention:
For orders of courier and city delivery, you need to have paid and have logistics information, and if it contains more than one product, you need to finish shipping all the products before you can click "mark complete";
For orders for self-pickup at stores, if they contain multiple items, all of them need to be marked as completed for pickup before you can click "Mark Complete";
Once the operation is completed, it cannot be retracted, so you need to operate carefully;
