Search for items and filter the list of items

All of your products are listed in the allvalue merchandise area. Each page lists 20 products. To organize a list of items and find items in a list that spans multiple pages, you can sort, search, and filter the list. By default, the product list is sorted by the creation time of the product name (from the latest to the earliest creation time).

Sort product list

You can sort the list of items using the following sorting options:

  • Created (earliest created)

  • Created (latest creation time)

  • Updated (earliest update time)

  • Updated (latest update time) Sorting affects the order of items in the allvalue background, but not in the online store. You can sort the product list to help you find products that need to be updated or viewed.

    Steps

  1. In the allvalue background, go to product > product list.

  2. Click Sort and select sort option.

    Filter product list

Filtering your product list helps I find specific products that need to be edited, viewed, or updated. The available filtering options are as follows:

  • Supplier: displays the goods from the selected goods supplier.

  • Label: displays the item marked with the specified value.

  • Commodity classification: displays the commodities belonging to the selected commodity classification.

  • Commodity group: displays the commodities of a commodity group. After selecting commodity grouping filter criteria, you can search, add other filter criteria or filter by inventory. For example, if you are selling clothes and only want to see the list of T-shirts, you can filter by the commodity category "T-shirt". Only such products will be displayed in the product list, which makes it easier for you to view and update these products. If more than one filter condition is added, only the products that meet all the conditions are displayed.

    Steps

  1. In the allvalue background, go to product > product list.

  2. Select one or more filter criteria: to filter by supplier or label, click the column header, and then select an option to display the matching products.
