Before starting to set up your AllValue store, you need to create an AllValue account and add some basic business information to the store. While you don’t need to include all details immediately, be sure to add the following:

  • Store Details

  • Store Address

  • Store Time Zone

  • Default Weight Unit

  • Store Currency

I.Create Your AllValue Account

Create an AllValue account to start setting up your store. You need to enter a valid email address, password, store name, and store domain.

You cannot change your myallvalue domain, but you can bind your own domain and modify the store name at any time.

II. Store Details

Path: Settings -General - Store details

  1. Store Name

Your store name is displayed on the homepage of your website. It usually plays an important role in SEO, so it’s best to align it with your brand name.

  2. Store contact person's email address

This is the email address where you receive messages from customers. Typically, in system-generated notifications (such as payment confirmation and shipping alerts), customers will be informed to contact you via this email if they have any questions.

  3. Sender's email address

This is the email address used by the system to send notifications to customers, such as order updates and marketing campaign alerts.

  4. Industry

Select the option that matches your actual industry.

III. Store Address

Your legal company name and address must match those on your business license. This will help you provide the required documentation when applying for a Facebook Ads account.

Path: Settings - General - Store Address

  1. Legal name of business

Fill in the company name used for cooperating with AllValue. Complete the enterprise verification as guided, and you can download the bilateral cooperation agreement online.

  2. Phone number

    Enter your actual Phone number

  3. Store Address

Enter your actual business address. This address may appear on invoices.

IV. Standards and Formats

Path: Settings - General - Standard and format

  1. Time Zone

The store's time zone will be the effective time zone for your promotions. It is recommended to set it according to the time zone of your main sales countries and regions.

  2. Unit system and Default weight unit

You can select one of the following default weight units — choose the one that best fits your business. This is only a default value and can be edited for individual products later.

    Imperial system - Pound (lb)

    Imperial system - Ounce (oz)

    Metric system - Gram (g)

    Metric system - Kilogram (kg)

  3. Edit Order ID Format

    By default, the order ID format on your backend is #1001. Each subsequent new order will increment by 1;

You cannot change the starting part of the order number (1001), but to customize the order ID format, you can add or edit the order ID prefix or suffix. (When searching in the order list, only enter the system-generated number in the middle — no need to add the prefix or suffix.)

If you don’t want a fixed order number format and prefer a random one, select "Random Format". The order number will be generated as [date + hour:minute:second + random number], but the random format cannot be changed afterward.

V. Select Product Currency

On the Basic Settings page of the AllValue backend, you can choose the currency for your store (e.g., US Dollar, Japanese Yen, Euro, Australian Dollar, etc.).

Note: If you are only setting up the store, you can set and later change the store currency. Once your store generates an order (including test orders), the currency will be locked and cannot be modified.
