Basic Settings

Before setting up the AllValue store, you need to create an AllValue account and add some basic business information to the store. Although you don’t need to include all the details right away, be sure to add the following:

  • Store Name

  • Legal company name and company address

  • Store time zone

  • Default weight unit

  • Store currency

Create AllValue account

Create AllValue account Start setting up your store. You need to enter a valid email address, password, store name and store domain name. You cannot change your myallvalue domain name, but you can bind your own domain name and change the store name at any time.

Set or change your store name

Your store name is the name displayed on the homepage of your website.

Steps:

  1. In the AllValue backend, go to "Settings"

  2. Click "Basic Settings"

  3. In the shop details section, enter the name of the shop in the shop name text field

  4. Click Save

Set or change the legal company name and address

Your legal company name and address should be consistent with the name and address on the business license, which will help you provide the corresponding application materials when you apply for a Facebook advertising account.

Steps:

  1. In the AllValue backend, go to "Settings"

  2. Click "Basic Settings"

  3. In the shop address section, update all relevant editable text fields

  4. Click Save

Set or change your store time zone

The time zone of the store will be the time and time zone when your discount will take effect. Please set the store according to your usage habits.

Steps:

  1. In the AllValue backend, go to "Settings"

  2. Click "Basic Settings"

  3. In the Standards and Formats section, use the drop-down menu under Time Zone to select a new time zone

  4. Click Save

Set or change the store’s default weight unit

You can choose the following default weight units and choose the weight unit that best suits your business. This is just the default value and can be edited for each product later.

  • Imperial-pound (lb)

  • Imperial-ounce (oz)

  • Metric-Gram (g)

  • Metric-kilogram (kg)

    Steps:

  1. In the AllValue backend, go to "Settings"

  2. Click "Basic Settings"

  3. In the standard and format section, use the default weight unit drop-down menu to select your desired weight unit

  4. Click Save

Edit order ID format

By default, the format of your homepage order ID is #1001. Each new order after that will be incremented by 1. You cannot change the beginning part of the order number (1001), but if you want to customize the format of the order ID, you can add or edit the order ID prefix or suffix.

Add or edit order ID prefix

Steps:

  1. In the AllValue backend, go to settings

  2. Click "Basic Settings"

  3. In the Standards and Formats section, edit the prefix text field You can delete # or replace it with any character or symbol from A to Z, 0 to 9. If necessary, you can replace it with multiple characters

  4. Click Save.

Add or edit order ID suffix

Steps:

  1. In the AllValue backend, go to settings

  2. Click "Basic Settings"

  3. In the Standards and Formatting section, edit the suffix text field. Enter a combination of characters: A to Z, 0 to 9 or symbol.

  4. Click Save.

  2. Click "Basic Settings"

  3. In the product currency section, use the product currency drop-down menu to select your desired currency unit

  4. Click Save

Select commodity currency

In the basic settings page of the AllValue backend, you can select the currency used by the store (such as US dollars, Japanese yen, Euros, Australian dollars, etc.)

Note: If you just set up the store, you can set and then change the store currency. However, after you have completed your first sale, please do not change the currency. The price, reports, past orders, and other historical data that have been changed will adversely affect the comparison.

  3. In the product currency section, use the product currency drop-down menu to select your desired currency unit

  4. Click Save
