Shipping and Delivery
Updated over 2 years ago

You can manage all shipping settings of the store on the "Settings"> "Shipping and Delivery" page of the AllValue backend

Understanding the best way to ship products to customers is an important part of running a business. Before you get the first order, you need to decide the shipping method you want to use, and then complete the store’s shipping settings so that the customer can choose the shipping method at checkout.

If your store sells physical products, you can distribute your products to customers in different ways. These methods depend on the suitability of your store and the type of physical products you sell.

Set up and manage your shipping and delivery

You can add fixed shipping rates or automatic shipping calculations to general shipping presets that apply to all products, or add products to custom shipping presets that have your own shipping rates.

Step 1: Choose to edit the default shipping fee/create a custom shipping template

The default shipping fee is a shipping template that is applicable to all products by default. A custom shipping template can select specific products to apply to the shipping template. Create a custom shipping template in this article as an example.

For example, the minimum weight is 1 and the maximum weight is 2 (not included). Based on the order price, the order price is within the set range, and the shipping fee is applicable. Automatically match logistics logic

  1. One SKU can only exist in one shipping template, subject to the latest update.

  2. When there is only one product in the order, the system will match a freight template according to the delivery address, and this freight template has only one logistics company, and consumers can only choose that logistics company.

  3. When there is only one item in the order, the system will match a freight template according to the harvest address. When this freight template has multiple logistics companies, the consumer will display multiple logistics companies

  4. When the order contains multiple products, and multiple products are matched to multiple freight templates, such as each freight template contains multiple logistics companies, the order checkout page, the system will take the sum of the lowest logistics freight in each template.

  5. When the order contains multiple products, and multiple products are matched to multiple freight templates, but the same logistics company exists in the freight template, the order checkout page merges to display the logistics company, and the amount accumulates.
