Set up Cash on deliver
1. background settings
1.1 Find "Receive Payment" in the settings, and click to enter
1.2 Find "Custom Checkout Method," and click "Create Checkout Method"
1.3 The name of the custom payment method is "Cash on Delivery COD", and click "Save"
1.4 "Cash on delivery COD" has been added to the custom checkout method, and it can be edited, deactivated, and deleted
2. customer orders
2.1 The payment method can be "Cash on Delivery"
2.2 Complete the order
